With extensive experience in mental health, addiction recovery, family systems, and trauma-informed care, I have dedicated my career to supporting clients through life's most difficult transitions. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship concerns, life stressors, and personal growth challenges.
As a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), I assist individuals navigating substance use concerns and Department of Transportation (DOT) return-to-duty processes. My experience in addiction counseling allows me to provide comprehensive support for those seeking recovery and long-term wellness.
