My Ideal Client

I work with people across the lifespan (12+) navigating life's many chapters, including fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community and polyamorous/ENM folks. Whether you're moving through grief, struggling with perfectionism and over-functioning, navigating anxiety, a life transition, or exploring your identity, my hope is that therapy can offer a space to slow down and dedicate time solely to yourself to feel seen and heard.

My Approach to Helping

I believe healing happens through connection -- with ourselves, with others, and within the larger social and cultural worlds we live in. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. Rather than viewing coping strategies as things that need to be fixed, I see them as ways you've learned to navigate life and get through difficult things. Together, we can approach these patterns with curiosity and compassion, exploring what still serves you and what you might be ready to do differently. My work draws from Relational-Cultural Therapy, and is informed by Narrative and Somatic approaches. I hope to create a space where you can move at your own pace, reconnect with your own wisdom, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m curious about the relationship between people and their environments, and, how our experiences, relationships and, communities shape who we are. Everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and accepted for who they are, and I care deeply about creating affirming spaces where people can show up as their full selves without needing to explain, minimize, or hide parts of who they are. I value curiosity, authenticity, and the ways humor and laughter can coexist alongside grief, uncertainty, and pain. Both within and outside of my work, I am always looking for ways to integrate curiosity, depth, levity, and connection, rest, and laughter.
