My Ideal Client

Whether you're grappling with personal issues like anxiety, depression, or trauma, struggling in relationships, exploring your LGBTQ+ identity, or navigating the journey of psychedelic experiences, you are looking for understanding, acceptance, and tools for positive change. Perhaps you're a man seeking connection and introspection within a group setting. You're ready to embark on a therapeutic journey towards personal growth and healing.

My Approach to Helping

With specializations in relationship dynamics, trauma, men's issues, LGBTQ+ support, and neurodivergence, I create a safe space for you to explore, work through trauma and grow. Together, we can navigate your path towards self-understanding and personal growth.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

You don't have to be alone in your self-discovery and change. Whether navigating relationships, exploring identity, working through childhood trauma, or coping with neurodivergence in a neurotypical world, help is here when you're ready. Reach out to get started.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Depth Therapy External link

My master's education was in a Depth-oriented program where I wrote a thesis dealing with the importance of the individual subjective experience. I believe the unconscious has a profound effect on how we interact with the world. I work to bring troublesome unconscious patterns into the open where you can make conscious decisions about them and move forward with your life.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Depression External link

Being in the grip of depression may mean you feel numb. Any emotion that passes through you feels like it is out of reach or dampened by a thick cotton pad. It also may show up as a distinct lack of energy and motivation to go about the activities of your daily life. Depression shows up in very individual ways. Therapy can help you regain full access to your emotions and unlock the energy and will to move forward again.

  • Anxiety External link

Do you have a persistent feeling of unease, worry, or fear about perceived threats or some future event? Anxiety can be mild to severe and can show up in multiple ways, such as rapid breathing, increased heart rate, restlessness, sleeplessness, or difficulty concentrating. Therapy can help you address the voice inside that is constantly worried about everything. I can help you find the source of this voice and turn down the volume, so you can focus on moving forward with confidence.

  • Relationship / Marriage Issues External link

Has your relationship become dissatisfying? Are you wondering if this is all there is? Do you want your relationship to be a sanctuary, but don’t feel the necessary trust? Relationships are the yoga of the soul. No two relationships are alike and each one is packed with the specific emotional and soul work needed from the two participants in the relationship. Relationship therapy can help you unpack that work and help you learn how to relate from your authentic self.
