Specialties
Accelerated resolution therapy, or ART, is a type of therapy using techniques such as rapid eye movement and image replacement, this approach works to recondition stressful memories, changing how they are stored in the brain to improve overall mental health. ART is helpful when you have stress-inducing memories or future fears.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to bring you the tools you need for mental wellness.
Specialties
Because I’ve spent many years helping people manage all kinds of anxiety (worry, overwhelm, racing thoughts) I understand how stress shows up in the body and mind. Political anxiety taps into the same patterns I see every day: feeling tense, overthinking, doom-scrolling, or carrying fear about things we can’t control. My experience helps me lead the Political Anxiety Support Group. I know how to teach simple, practical tools that help people feel calmer and think more clearly.
Anxiety, Personal Growth, Political Climate
Political seasons can activate fear, anger, and overwhelm. If you’ve felt tense, exhausted, or stuck in doom-scrolling, you’re not doing anything wrong. Your nervous system is trying to protect you. Starting January 9, I’m leading a 4-week political anxiety support group to help you: • calm your body • work with spiraling thoughts • build healthier media habits • set boundaries with loved ones • reconnect to your values No debate. No pressure. No processing. Just grounding, connection & tools.
