My Approach to Helping

Imagine a bulls eye and at the center of that bulls eye is your best life. The life filled with calm, gratitude and self-compassion. My approach will help you name and identify your goals for treatment. We will then work together to reduce the intensity and frequency of symptoms you are experiencing so you can begin focusing on how to use gratitude and self-compassion to move forward.

My Approach to Helping

Due to the high demand for therapy services, I'm sure you've met with many clinicians who do not have availability for new clients. I'm included in that as I have a full roster. However, I wanted to offer something other than one-on-one therapy that can also help you. I have an M.S. in Education and am a former adjunct professor and clinical director. I used these skills and put together a self-help psychoeducational resource library that you can access for a monthly subscription. It isn't intended to replace therapy but be an added support while you wait or even in addition to treatment. The resource library currently has over 60 hours of content, and new material will be added each month. It includes the following: Stop Overthinking Podcast, Self-Talk Audit Workshop, Bold Goal Workbook, Burnout Prevention & Recovery Masterclass, and Stress-busting strategies training. Techniques I Use


  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy External link

    Accelerated resolution therapy, or ART, is a type of therapy using techniques such as rapid eye movement and image replacement, this approach works to recondition stressful memories, changing how they are stored in the brain to improve overall mental health. ART is helpful when you have stress-inducing memories or future fears.

  • Coaching External link

    I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to bring you the tools you need for mental wellness.
