My Ideal Client

My ideal patient is someone who is ready to take an active role in their mental health journey. If you’re seeking a personalized, holistic approach to care that goes beyond just managing symptoms, I’m here to partner with you. Whether you’re dealing with a life transition or want to understand yourself and your mental health challenges better, we’ll work together to create a treatment plan that addresses the whole picture.

My Approach to Helping

I am a doctorally prepared Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience supporting mental health through a holistic lens. Having navigated my own mental health journey, I understand how overwhelming it can feel, and I bring compassion and personalization to every encounter. My specialties include anxiety, depression, OCD, disordered eating, trauma, and mood disorders. I believe mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I honor each person’s unique needs. Whether through mindfulness, lifestyle shifts, or creative outlets, I collaborate with clients to build treatment plans that feel authentic and aligned with who they are. While medication can be helpful, I also emphasize nutrition, movement, and mind-body practices to support whole-person healing. My goal is to not only ease symptoms but also uncover root causes—helping clients build resilience, balance, and lasting well-being.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that each of us, as individuals, is doing the best we can in any given moment, shaped by our unique experiences and personal circumstances. We are the best experts of our own bodies and lives, and it’s important to honor that truth. Compassion—both for ourselves and for one another—is a powerful healing force, something the world could always benefit from a little more of.
