My Ideal Client

I’m passionate about supporting trauma recovery, women's challenges, highly sensitive persons (HSPs), anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationship issues, life transitions, and chronic pain or illness. In my multiculturally sensitive and affirming space, you are welcomed, valued, and safe. Together, we can reveal and heal the root causes of issues. Our work can both ground you and elevate you – bringing clarity and resilience, so you can live the heart of who you truly are.

My Approach to Helping

Using an integrative, holistic, and trauma-informed approach, I integrate Somatic EMDR into my practice and draw from Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Restoration Therapy, among other modalities. My work is strengths-based and person-centered, grounded in calm, compassionate sensitivity. I create a confidential space where you can truly know, be, and love who you are.

I believe we are innately equipped with the resources needed for a deeply meaningful and fulfilling life - and we are not here to live a life of pain and suffering. With compassion, our strengths, gifts, and inner resources can be brought to the surface, guiding us to a meaningful and happy life.
