I enjoy supporting teens and young adults in an LGBTQIA+ affirming space. I help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, body image, and explore their gender or sexual identity in a compassionate, understanding way.
My Approach to Helping
I became a therapist to create a space where people can feel safe in their minds and bodies. I support clients working through trauma, anxiety, body image concerns, and exploring their gender and sexual identities.
I blend Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and mindfulness practices to help you connect with all parts of yourself and care for the parts that have been hurt. I believe every part of you deserves to be seen, heard, and loved.
My Values as a Therapist
I believe that reconnecting and healing the relationship with oneself is the most beautiful aspect of therapy. In my experience, therapy is a mixture of cultivating inner love, deconstructing shame, and allowing all emotions to exist without judgment. Laughter and tears are welcome too!
