My Ideal Client

Are you feeling stuck in the same patterns? You might react more quickly than you want, shut down in parenting, or show up in relationships in ways that don’t match who you know yourself to be. It can be frustrating to recognize these patterns and not know how to shift them, my ideal clients are looking to explore patterns or understand themselves.

My Approach to Helping

If therapy has ever felt too scripted, you’re not alone. I offer neurodiversity-affirming, private-pay therapy for adults (including parents), where we can work more deeply—getting to the root of these patterns and creating meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, grounded, and intuitive with an easygoing style and room for humor. I integrate parts-based and trauma-informed work to help you understand how your past experiences shape your current reactions —especially in close relationships and parenting. We’ll move at a pace that works for you, without pressure, while staying focused on what will help things shift. I offer free consultations to see if we’re a good fit.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I approach therapy as a collaborative process rather than a scripted set of interventions or a one-size-fits-all model. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely understood—not just analyzed or advised. My work is rooted in curiosity, respect for individual experience, and a belief that symptoms and struggles often make sense in the context of someone’s history, environment, and nervous system rather than being problems to “fix” in isolation. A central value in my practice is neurodiversity-affirming care. I do not view differences in attention, sensory processing, emotional intensity, or cognitive style as deficits to be corrected. Instead, I see them as variations in how human brains and bodies move through the world. Therapy the can become less about forcing conformity and more about building a life that actually fits who you are—one that supports regulation, authenticity, and sustainability. We all adapt to survive difficult situations.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • EMDR External link

Since 2016, I have used EMDR as part of my trauma work to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce symptoms, and build greater emotional regulation and stability.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Parenting External link

I work with parents who want to feel more steady and connected in their parenting, especially when stress or old patterns make it hard to respond the way they’d like. Using a parts work approach we can explore your experiences and how they might be impacting how you show up today.

  • Personal Growth External link

I help adults in their personal growth process by supporting deeper self-understanding, working through stuck patterns, and building more self-trust and clarity in daily life. Through modalities like EMDR and parts work we can work to build insight into what is holding you back and build momentum toward personal growth.

  • Anxiety External link

I support adults working with anxiety, especially when it shows up as overthinking, perfectionism, overwhelm, reactivity, or difficulty feeling settled in daily life. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you better understand your anxiety, reduce its intensity, and build tools that support a greater sense of calm, steadiness, and self-trust over time. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns that fuel anxiety and developing sustainable ways to reduce intensity and feel balanced.

  • PTSD External link

I work with trauma and PTSD using EMDR and parts-informed approaches to help process difficult experiences and reduce their ongoing impact. Therapy focuses on creating safety, understanding protective responses, and gently working through memories and patterns that keep you stuck, so you can feel more grounded, present, and connected in your daily life.
