I work with individuals and couples who care deeply about their relationships and want to understand themselves more fully. Many are navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, anxiety, self-doubt, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences. Often, they have spent a long time trying to make sense of things on their own and are looking for a space where they can be honest about what they're carrying.
Specialties
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an attachment-based approach that helps individuals and couples better understand the emotions and patterns shaping their relationships. I have completed EFT externship training for both individuals and couples and draw from this model to help clients strengthen connection, navigate difficult emotions, and create more secure relationships with themselves and others.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate approach that helps people better understand the different parts of themselves and the roles those parts may play in their lives. Through greater curiosity and connection, clients can begin to relate to themselves with more understanding, compassion, and care.
Specialties
I work with couples who feel disconnected, caught in the same conflicts, struggling to communicate, or wanting to strengthen their relationship. Together, we explore the patterns shaping your interactions and work toward greater understanding, connection, and trust.
Difficult experiences can continue to affect how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world long after they have occurred. Together, we explore how those experiences may still be showing up in your relationships, emotions, and sense of self, and work toward creating meaningful change.
The relationship we have with ourselves influences every area of our lives, from our relationships to the choices we make each day. Together, we explore the experiences and beliefs that may be shaping how you see yourself and work toward developing a more compassionate, grounded, and connected sense of self.
