My Ideal Client

My specialty is working with youth on body image,self-esteem, anxiety, healthy relationships, wellness, and depression issues. I work from a strengths based, humanistic, and client centered approach with all my clients. I currently offer group therapy, individual, and family therapy. I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, sand play, expressive arts, play therapy,Mindfulness, Humanistic, Interpersonal, Animal Assisted Therapy, and Nature Based Therapy.

My Background and Approach

I have been working with children, youth, and families in a Social Work capacity for 20 years. I have worked in schools, domestic violence shelters, residential, child welfare, and as an outpatient therapist in mental health clinics since 2013. I have worked with a variety of issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse/neglect, families in the foster care system, and adoption.
