My specialty is working with youth on body image,self-esteem, anxiety, healthy relationships, wellness, and depression issues. I work from a strengths based, humanistic, and client centered approach with all my clients. I currently offer group therapy, individual, and family therapy. I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, sand play, expressive arts, play therapy,Mindfulness, Humanistic, Interpersonal, Animal Assisted Therapy, and Nature Based Therapy.

3/24/26 1-230 pm Paint and decorate a papermache mask with other youth and add embellishments i.e. glitter, sequins, feathers, beads, etc to explore your true inner self and identity! Snacks and tea will be provided. Cost is $40.
