My Ideal Client

I work with adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, mood concerns, relationship difficulties, grief, family dynamics, identity, and major life transitions. I especially value working with people who feel disconnected from themselves or caught in patterns they want to understand/shift. I welcome clients who want more than symptom management, those seeking greater self-understanding, connection, and a way forward that feels genuinely their own.

My Approach to Helping

I believe healing begins through authentic connection, deep presence, and creating space to be fully seen, heard, and accepted-rooted in who you are while remaining open to what becomes possible. I draw from Gestalt, Self-Relations, Depth Psychology, mindfulness, guided imagery, generative trance, creativity, solution-focused practices, and nature connection. As an Advanced Creative Mind Practitioner certified through CIMA (Community for Integral Mind and Action), I integrate somatic awareness and generative trance to support deeper awareness, healing, and sustainable change. Rather than fitting you into a predetermined model, I adapt our work to you. I trust that your body, imagination, lived experience, and deeper ways of knowing can offer meaningful resources for healing when there is enough space and safety to listen. Therapy becomes a collaborative process of reconnecting with yourself, exploring what wants to change, and discovering your own possibilities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My work and life are rooted in spiritual ecology and decolonial and anti-oppressive values, informed by lived experience and a deep commitment to healing and wholeness. I honor ancestral wisdom, the sacredness of the earth, and the interconnectedness of all life. I’m endlessly curious about human emotion and creativity, transgenerational and historical trauma, identity, consciousness, post-traumatic growth, and the relationship between embodiment and learning. I believe our experiences can hold more than one truth, and that our stories, including the painful and complicated ones, can become sources of meaning, possibility, and transformation. I’m drawn to the places where psychology meets creativity, nature, culture, spirituality, and the body, and I carry this sense of wonder into how I live and practice. Outside of work, I love taking my Labmaraner on long walks in nature, read, write, make art, dance, sing, rest under trees, and spend time with friends and family.
