My Ideal Client

I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ clients and clinicians as well as folks with chronic pain/illness/disability, healthcare workers, college students, trauma survivors, individuals with career concerns, those going through major life transitions, and caregivers. My ideal clients resonates with a relational, slow-paced, insight-oriented approach to therapy.

My Approach to Helping

Radical Resonance is a multi-faceted practice rooted in collective liberation, de-colonial praxis, and the belief that healing is both personal and political. My work is grounded in deep respect for all identities, experiences, and ways of knowing—particularly those shaped by systemic marginalization, resistance, and resilience. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, a Health at Every Size Approach, and Exposure and Response Prevention to support clients in meeting their therapy goals. My supervision style is informed by the Discrimination Model of Supervision through a developmental lens where my role flexes as teacher, mentor, cheer-leader, consultant, and counselor to meet the unique needs of supervisees at any stage of their education or career. My supervision is also influenced by primary clinical modalities/approaches which includes: Decolonial Psychology & Relational Cultural Theory.

My Values as a Therapist

My values as a therapist include Land Back, sustainability, Health at Every Size, decolonial praxis, and anti-capitalist ideals. I am also a queer disabled parent. These experiences and beliefs all inform my approach to therapy and lead me to prioritize collective liberation, accessibility, and advocacy inside and outside of the therapy space.
