Coaching I have been doing life coaching now for around 15 years helping people to redesign their life into a life worth living that they are excited and passionate about! DBT I use DBT to help people with their struggles that they encounter in their daily lives such as overwhelm, stress management, social anxiety, interpersonal issues, relationship issues, emotion regulation when you can't seem to control your emotions and they control you! Anxiety I have helped countless clients with panic attacks, social anxiety and generalized anxiety through the use of Holistic practices such as the Science of Yoga and Meditation as well as DBT Therapy. Depression I utilize DBT to help with depression and incorporate other interdisciplinary holistic approaches as well Stress Management I utilize various Mindfulness based practices to reduce the significant effects excessive stress plays on the emotional as well as physical body.
