My Background and Approach
I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2023 and began practicing in 2024. I have completed the basic training to practice EMDR in 2025.
I believe that a person has the skills and strengths to help approach what they are struggling with, it's about finding what they are. I like to think of myself as a resource on one's journey as people figure themselves out.
Why I Became a Therapist
The reason why I became a therapist because having a person present when one is struggling is something that is important for everybody at one point or another. I want to be able to pass that on to others.
