My Ideal Client

Sometimes it helps to talk, explore feelings, thoughts, and experiences to make it all make sense. Other times it helps to have tools and a plan of action. We can do both. I adapt my treatment to the individual and their needs because one size does not fit all and your struggle is uniquely your own. I offer a space free of judgment where we can explore possibilities together to help you find your way through the darkness and back into the light where things become more clear.

My Background

My clinical background includes experience working with individuals facing severe and persistent mental health challenges, such as complex trauma, chronic illness, PTSD, and personality disorders. My current practice focuses on supporting neurodivergent individuals—including those with ADHD, Autism, or HSP traits, regardless of whether they have a formal diagnosis. I also specialize in guiding clients through significant life transitions, particularly young adults (ages 18–24) and those navigating midlife (ages 40–50). These stages often involve managing new responsibilities, loss, divorce, career shifts, and the complexities of major endings and beginnings. These experiences can leave one feeling lost, anxious, or lacking a clear sense of purpose. My goal is to help you make sense of your story, connect the dots, and discover your natural strengths to find practical strategies that work for you.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is integrative and draws on a blend of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I utilize person-centered therapy to encourage your inherent wisdom; psychodynamic approaches to understand how past experiences shape the present; narrative therapy to revise limiting life stories; and existential therapy to find meaning.
