With optimism, joy, and an empowering spirit, my hope is to provide a safe space for children, teens and young adults to identify and work through (process) trauma, grief & loss and low self-esteem. With many lived experiences, I bring a compassionate understanding that adds calm and comfort to conversation.

My Approach to Helping

My focus is on trauma, grief & loss, and low self-esteem. My toolbox includes Restoration Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, SFT and family systems. I don’t believe there is a “one size fits all” approach and that all individuals are wonderfully unique with varying life journeys.
