My Background

I’m a licensed psychotherapist in California and Oregon, supervisor for Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and educated and supervised by Jungian Analysts at the C.G. Jung Institutes of Los Angeles and Santa Fe. I help adults navigating life transitions live with authenticity, emotional clarity, and resilience. Using Dream Psychotherapy©, somatic, relational, and integrative methods, I guide clients to integrate patterns, build self-trust, and solve life’s complex challenges. I am also a public speaker.
