My Background

I’m a licensed psychotherapist in California and Oregon, supervisor for Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and extensive learning in Jungian analytic approaches through the C.G. Jung Institutes of Los Angeles and Santa Fe. I work with adults navigating meaningful life transitions; those who have lived intensely and now want to live with authenticity, purpose, and emotional clarity. Using Dream Psychotherapy© alongside somatic, relational, and integrative modalities, I help clients explore their inner worlds, integrate patterns in complexes, defenses, and shadow material, and build insight, resilience, and self-trust. I specialize in life transitions, recovery, spiritual integration, relationships, and creative problem-solving, providing a safe, collaborative space for lasting growth and embodied wholeness.
