My Ideal Client

Are you a woman/femme-identified person that represses your own feelings because you are overly dependent on others for approval? If you answered yes, I may be able to help. Take your time, read my website, and let it sit with you. Does it feel right to you or do you think you’d prefer a different style of psychotherapy? If you are still connected with my approach, let’s talk on the phone.

My Approach to Helping

I work with people who are feeling challenged by life transitions, yearn to understand the inner workings of what makes them unique, and want to live fiercely through that authentic expression. You are drawn to Jungian Psychology because you are innately intuitive in your personal exploration. Through my own empathic capacity, I draw out valuable insights while holding a safe space for my patients to share their inner experience and life transitions. You may uncover your truth by becoming more in tune with your complexes, defenses, and shadow material. These parts of you may be calling your attention to be worked with and integrated through creativity. Through bringing consciousness to complexes, a new ego strength is born that allows wholeness to emerge through you. Working with me, you may discover an unfoldment that leads to a more harmonious life that expresses from authenticity.

Jung believed that everything we need to guide us through life and individuate is within us. This inner symbolic wisdom is what Jung named the Self. The Self is constantly transmitting important messages to us, but because the language is symbolic, we miss much of it. I help people understand the symbols via Active Imagination and dream interpretation.
