My Ideal Client

In our work together, I view YOU as the expert of your own life, experience, and self. I believe we all hold "the answer(s)" we need most, but we aren't always taught how to get there or how to tune into ourselves. I view our time together and the nature of therapy as an opportunity to explore and "be with" yourself in potentially deeper and new ways. I believe the exploration of self is inextricably interwoven with the unfolding of our life. Are you ready to explore yourself deeper?

My Approach to Helping

I believe healing and growth can happen in an infinite amount of ways, and I believe therapy can look and feel different for everyone. There is no one size fits all for healing, growth and exploration, and this can feel both daunting and liberating. We are often born into a world that defines us before we define ourselves, which can create a sense of disconnection from who we are. Therapy can offer a space where you are given an opportunity to explore and "be with" yourself in new ways as you navigate your human journey in this world and in relationship to others. Exploring ourselves and our journey(s) in life takes courage, bravery, and openness, as we learn how to surrender deeper into our unique being-ness. If we begin by looking within, we may observe our external world shifting as a result, creating more harmony and ease in our lives, as well as in our relationship to ourselves and others.

My Values as a Therapist

I utilize a holistic lens in my work, meaning I acknowledge the complexity of what it means to be human as a mind, body, soul, and spirit. In growth, healing, and exploration, I believe it is necessary to tap into all of the layers that encompass who we are, as well as assess our relationship to the world around us. I pull from a variety of perspectives including both Eastern and Western philosophy, earth-based wisdom, experiential and existential-humanistic practices, somatic and mindfulness techniques, systemic and relational frameworks, and everyday life experience as a human being in this world alongside you.
