My Background and Approach

Learning to feel "safe" opens us to experience connection and learning. I'm part of a group, insurance reimbursed practice, Energy Matters. Whether in the office, park or with horses I use experiential activities that are engaging and even fun.. Mindfulness, drumming and Collaborative Problem Solving approaches are used as well in healing through co-regulation. We work together to create and strengthen new neural pathways. As individuals, partners, co-parents or families we all benefit from knowing a felt sense of safety and experiencing relationship.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 30 years experience working with youth, families and adults in settings from the wilderness, offices, and classrooms. I'm also tier two trained in collaborative problem solving. Experiential approaches have always been my preferred method.
