My Ideal Client

You may be feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, family conflict, and questions of identity and belonging. I especially enjoy helping people feel more connected, understood, and confident in themselves and their relationships.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and understood while exploring the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you. I draw from approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Satir model, integrating them in a way that fits your unique needs and goals. I work with relationship concerns, communication, anxiety, life transitions, family dynamics, identity, and personal growth. Whether you’re hoping to strengthen a relationship, better understand yourself, or navigate a difficult season, we’ll work together at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful.

My Values as a Therapist

I value authenticity, curiosity, compassion, and respect. I believe people are shaped by their experiences, relationships, and environments, and I want to understand the bigger picture rather than focus only on the problem in front of us. I value honesty and openness, while also recognizing that change takes time and looks different for everyone. I also believe that meaningful therapy should leave room for both challenge and acceptance. I’ll encourage you to notice what may no longer be serving you while honoring the parts of you that have helped you get where you are today. My hope is that our work helps you feel more grounded in who you are and more intentional about how you want to move through the world.
