My Ideal Client

Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, chronic illness, eating and body image concerns, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. I also support clients working through trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I enjoy working with teens and young adults as they build independence, develop practical skills, and create lives that feel authentic and meaningful.

My Background and Approach

I believe therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself, untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, supported enough to grow, and challenged in ways that foster meaningful change. I take a relational and collaborative approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based approaches with feminist, person-centered, and strengths-based perspectives. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical skills, and find strategies that fit your brain, body, and life. I have clinical experience in eating disorder treatment programs, integrated primary care, and school based settings.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe healing happens through genuine connection, curiosity, collaboration, and authenticity. As someone who is neurodivergent and lives with chronic illness, I bring both personal and professional experience to understanding the ways our minds, bodies, and environments shape our experiences. I strive to create an LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and weight-inclusive space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe each person’s story is shaped by many factors, including their experiences, relationships, identities, and the world around them. Together, we can explore what has shaped you, build self-compassion, challenge patterns that no longer serve you, and work toward a life that feels more authentic and sustainable. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my three cats, enjoying nature, or making space for creativity, rest, and play.
