My Ideal Client

You’ve done the work, but old patterns still show up. You’re craving deeper connection-to yourself, others, and the world. Maybe you're grieving something hard to name: a relationship, a role, or a part of yourself. You might feel like the world is moving too fast while something inside you longs to slow down, feel more, and be met in your full complexity. I work with women, femmes, and gender expansive folks navigating grief, identity shifts, relational trauma, and tender transitions.

My Background and Approach

I’ve been practicing psychotherapy since 2013, with a focus on trauma, attachment, and somatic healing. My work is grounded in the wisdom of the body and guided by a bottom-up approach that centers presence, curiosity, and care. I specialize in somatic depth therapy—work that holds space for what’s complex, messy, and often left out of more conventional therapy spaces. Humor is welcome. So is shadow work. My approach is relational, intuitive, and feedback-based, supporting clients in tracking patterns, building capacity, and deepening connection with themselves and others over time. While you’ll gain tools, our work isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about meaningful insight and lasting change. I believe healing happens on a spiral, not a straight line, and I’m here to walk alongside you through the layers.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a queer, non-binary therapist and active member of the LGBTQ+ community, I believe healing begins with reconnection—to our bodies, to each other, and to the earth. I’m committed to examining the impacts of whiteness, power, and privilege in my own life and the systems we’re embedded in. I hold a politicized and relational view of healing, one that centers embodiment, complexity, belonging, and deep care. My values as a therapist include transparency, curiosity, attunement, and integrity. I work best with those who are ready to challenge internalized norms and explore new ways of being. I’m especially drawn to the intersections of grief, justice, and the slow, sacred work of transformation. I’m also deeply nourished by earth-based spirituality, and personally drawn to tarot, astrology, Human Design, and Gene Keys as ways of connecting with meaning, symbolism, and the unseen. Nature is medicine, and being in relationship with the natural world is central to how I live and heal.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Somatic Therapy (Body Centered) External link

Somatic therapy focuses on the profound connection between mind and body. Using physical sensations as gateways to healing, clients become aware of how trauma, emotions, and stress are stored in the body. With over a decade of experience studying diverse somatic healing practices, I’ve developed a unique approach that empowers individuals to access insights and healing beyond what traditional talk therapy can provide.

  • Depth Therapy External link

Depth therapy explores the unconscious layers of the psyche to uncover hidden patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds. I work with clients to engage with their inner world through dreams, symbols, archetypes, and deep self-inquiry. This approach seeks to reveal the deeper sources of distress and facilitate healing from the root causes, not just the symptoms. Depth therapy invites clients to explore their full potential and align with their true selves in a compassionate, exploratory space.

  • Transpersonal External link

Transpersonal therapy explores the spiritual, existential, and transcendent aspects of healing. I support clients in finding meaning, purpose, and connection beyond the self. Whether navigating spiritual crises, exploring altered states of consciousness, or seeking deeper alignment with your purpose, this approach integrates spiritual growth with psychological healing. Together, we create space for wholeness, connection, and a deeper sense of self.

  • Feminist External link

Feminist therapy centers power from within, social justice, and equality in the healing process. I work with clients to explore how societal expectations, gender norms, and systemic oppression impact mental health and well-being. Through a feminist lens, we address identity, power, and privilege, fostering agency, autonomy, and voice. This approach supports growth and healing by challenging oppressive systems and creating space for authenticity, empowerment, and meaningful change.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • PTSD External link

In navigating the effects of trauma, we often find ourselves trapped in old patterns. I work with individuals navigating PTSD, complex, and relational trauma by focusing on somatic and nervous system regulation. Rather than pathologizing, we explore how trauma is held in the body, using practices to release stored experiences and reconnect with safety. My approach blends trauma-informed techniques with body-centered practices to support healing and integration at a deep, relational level.

  • LGBTQ Issues External link

Living authentically as a queer person requires courage and self-compassion. I am attuned to the challenges faced by individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, providing a space where your identity is celebrated and your experiences validated. My approach is inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed, supporting clients in embracing their authentic selves and healing from societal marginalization.

  • Women's Issues External link

The journey of being a woman in today’s world can be filled with challenges. I work with women navigating societal expectations, personal identity, and self-worth. Through somatic and relational practices, we explore the impact of gendered experiences on the body and emotions. My approach fosters self-empowerment and healing, helping you reclaim your voice, agency, and a deeper connection to your authentic self in a world that often demands you play small and don't take up too much space.

  • Relationship / Marriage Issues External link

Relationships are complex, and navigating them can often bring up patterns that keep us from receiving the love and connection we need and deserve. I work with individuals exploring dynamics in romantic, familial, or platonic relationships, especially those facing challenges in open relationships, toxic patterns, or communication breakdowns. Together, we’ll examine these dynamics with curiosity and compassion, fostering healthier ways of relating and deeper emotional intimacy

  • Spirituality External link

Spirituality is deeply personal, and it can be a powerful tool for healing and growth. I support individuals exploring their spiritual paths, integrating practices that nurture connection to themselves, others, and the world around them. Whether you're deepening your connection to the Earth, seeking alignment with your inner wisdom, or navigating the intersection of spirituality and identity, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your unique journey.
