I work best with LGBTQIA2S+ adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, complex PTSD, BPD, anxiety, Autism, DID, or big emotions that feel hard to manage. Many of my clients carry deep shame or feel like they’re “too much.” You might feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure if healing is possible. In our work together, you’ll find a space to be fully seen and supported as you explore your story, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels meaningful and grounded.
Specialties
I use CBT to help clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that fuel anxiety, shame, and emotional overwhelm. CBT is especially effective for clients navigating mood disorders, trauma, and identity-related stress. I blend structured tools with a relational approach, helping clients build insight, practice new coping strategies, and create lasting change that aligns with their values and goals.
I use DBT to support clients with intense emotions, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and diagnoses like BPD or PTSD. DBT offers practical tools for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and improving relationships. I adapt DBT skills to meet each client’s needs, integrating them into real-life situations. My approach is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and focused on building stability, safety, and self-trust.
I use existential therapy to help clients explore identity, meaning, isolation, and choice—especially during times of crisis, transition, or questioning. This approach supports clients in making sense of their experiences and reconnecting with what truly matters. I create space for deep reflection and authentic conversation, helping clients build a life that feels grounded, purposeful, and aligned with their values.
I use humanistic therapy to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel fully seen and accepted. This approach centers your lived experience, inner wisdom, and capacity for growth. I support clients in reconnecting with their authentic self, building self-compassion, and making empowered choices. Healing happens in relationship, and I show up as a real, present human—offering empathy, honesty, and respect every step of the way.
Specialties
I support autistic adults using evidence-based approaches like DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, adapted to meet neurodiverse needs. I focus on reducing distress, building emotional regulation skills, and honoring sensory and communication differences. I don’t aim to “normalize” — I help clients navigate a world that often isn’t built for them, while affirming their identity, autonomy, and unique way of being in the world.
I treat DID using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches like parts work (IFS-informed), DBT, and grounding techniques to support safety, stability, and integration — not forced fusion. I honor each part’s role in survival and work collaboratively to reduce distress, build internal communication, and increase a sense of control. My approach is paced, relational, and rooted in deep respect for your system’s wisdom and resilience.
I treat bipolar disorder using evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and psychoeducation to support mood stability, emotional regulation, and early identification of triggers. Together, we build skills to manage intense shifts in mood, improve routines, and strengthen support systems. I also provide space to explore identity, trauma, and stigma — helping you live with greater balance, agency, and connection, not just symptom control.
I treat suicidal ideation and self-harm with compassion and evidence-based approaches like DBT, safety planning, and crisis stabilization. I help clients build distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and alternative coping strategies while addressing the underlying pain, not just the behavior. I offer a nonjudgmental space where we can talk openly about thoughts of harm and work toward safety, connection, and hope.
I treat ADHD using evidence-based approaches like CBT, executive functioning support, and skills-based interventions. We focus on building routines, improving focus, managing overwhelm, and reducing shame. I help clients develop practical tools for organization, time management, and emotional regulation, while also exploring how ADHD impacts identity, relationships, and self-worth. My approach is strengths-based, affirming, and flexible to your needs.
