I provide therapy that is tailored to your unique situation, whether you experience depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, relationship problems, or any other issues that keep you from being your best. You need good nervous system regulation to cope with life’s challenges. I use an eclectic, holistic approach with body-centered, mindful therapies so you can increase your capacity to manage life’s difficulties. Therapies I offer include: Somatic Experiencing: body-centered therapy for nervous system integration; EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing): for trauma healing so you can move beyond past triggers; Depth Psychology and Dream work to uncover your unconscious strengths so you can navigate life with purpose and joy; and the Prepare-Enrich on-line inventory: a tool to help couples at any relationship stage including marriage preparation. My goal in therapy is to empower you to identify and use effective skills to enhance your daily life.
