My Ideal Client
There are times in our lives when it's vital to ask for help because we want to stop suffering and it becomes important to get support so we can grow in new ways. I find it rewarding to work with people dealing with loss, change, unhealthy patterns such as addiction to substances and relationship issues, as well as mood issues.
My Approach to Helping
I provide a safe space for you to be heard and understood. I bring decades of experience working with people in community mental health as well as private practice. Much of my practice is rooted in Buddhist Psychology that promotes
self compassion, grounding skills, and guided meditations.
Why I Became a Therapist
I see the powerful transformation that happens when we are seen and heard as it sheds light for self understanding and positive change!
