My Ideal Client

I work with families, couples, and individuals across the lifespan experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My work is grounded in attachment theory and draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and interpersonal neurobiology.

My Approach to Helping

You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or struggling to understand yourself or the people you love. Perhaps anxiety, relationship conflict, parenting challenges, or life transitions have left you feeling alone or questioning your worth. I believe that our struggles make sense in the context of our experiences, and that healing begins with curiosity, compassion, and connection. Together, we’ll explore your story, strengthen your relationships, and help you move toward greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and authentic connection with yourself and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person deserves to feel deeply seen, understood, and accepted. My role as a therapist is not to judge or “fix” you, but to create a collaborative relationship where we can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. My background in early childhood education continues to shape the way I view people of all ages—it reminds me that behavior always has a story, relationships matter deeply, and healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. I strive to create a warm, authentic, and thoughtful space where you can gain insight, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with the worth that has been yours all along.
