My Ideal Client

Many of my clients feel weighed down by anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, or the challenges of living with chronic pain and illness. Others have felt disconnected in their relationships or uncertain of themselves, longing for peace, clarity, and authentic connection. They want to feel at ease in their bodies, more resilient in daily life, and more confident in who they are. With curiosity and care, we create space for healing, resilience, joy, and lasting change.

My Approach to Helping

With warmth and curiosity, I welcome all that you bring into our work together—your concerns, hopes, and intentions. We create space to hear from the many influences shaping your life and connect with your inner wisdom—mind, body, heart, and soul. By slowing down and deepening awareness of your inner and outer experiences, room opens for greater clarity, connection, and choice. Together we bring caring attention to what arises, which may include noticing patterns, tending to feelings and sensations, exploring limiting beliefs, or strengthening resources. This process helps build trust, resilience, and self-compassion while opening pathways to healing and new possibilities. Our work unfolds organically, guided by what matters most to you and grounded in the belief that you carry the capacity for growth and transformation. Each step in therapy is an opportunity to strengthen your connection with yourself, navigate challenges, and cultivate a more authentic, resilient, meaningful life.

My Values as a Therapist

My training includes an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health with a somatic emphasis and over two years of study in the Hakomi Method through M.E.T.A. I am a lifelong learner, committed to ongoing personal and professional growth. Guided by curiosity and care, I seek out continued learning in modalities that support healing, integration, and transformation. I value approaches that foster awareness, self-compassion, regulation, agency, and resilience. Informed by what arises in our work together, I may incorporate elements of mindfulness-based, body-centered, emotion-focused, relational, psychodynamic, or existential therapies. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each person’s unique journey and inherent capacity for growth. I offer in-person and telehealth video sessions, bringing presence and support directly to you in the space that feels most comfortable and accessible.
