I am so excited you are on this journey for yourself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Senua Counseling Clinic, with many years of experience providing counseling for individuals and couples. I provide both in person and virtual therapy options. It is an absolute privilege to work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve the quality of life they desire and I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients.

My Approach to Helping

We live in a very difficult world and we could all use some extra support sometimes. I specialize in working with individuals and couples and helping them achieves their therapeutic goals. I have worked extensively with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress related issues, and couples concerns such as difficulty with communication or desire. I primarily work with adults aged 18 and up. I have been in practice for over ten years and have worked in many outpatient environments. I am trauma informed and LGBTQ+ allied.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that we can all change and grow when we feel ready and have the right support. Having an inclusive practice is very important to me and I welcome clients of all ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations. I became a counselor to help others through their most difficult times in life and I am passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself.

    I work with all anxiety disorders and have experience treating panic, excessive worry, and rumination. I also work with women dealing with postpartum depression/anxiety, as well as other women's issues. I specialize in relationships, offering couples counseling, but also working with individuals who deal with anxious attachment in their relationships with others.
