My Ideal Client

My clients are often people who feel stuck in repeating patterns in relationships, emotions, or self perception. Many have experienced trauma, chronic stress, or attachment wounds that continue to influence how they experience themselves and others. They are often insightful and motivated for change, but may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, shame, or emotional disconnection. They are looking for a supportive space to explore their inner world and develop a more compassionate relationship with self.

My Approach to Helping

I provide attachment based, trauma informed therapy for adults seeking deeper understanding and lasting change. My work integrates Internal Family Systems and parts work, somatic therapy, and mindfulness based approaches to help clients reconnect with themselves in a compassionate and nonjudgmental way. Together we explore the patterns, emotions, and protective parts that shape your experiences while building safety in the body and nervous system. I believe healing happens through curiosity, self compassion, and supportive relationships, and my goal is to help you develop a more secure relationship with yourself and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people make sense in the context of their experiences. The patterns that bring someone into therapy are often the result of creative ways their mind and body learned to survive, protect, and adapt. What may feel like dysfunction is often an intelligent response to pain, disconnection, or overwhelming circumstances. I believe healing begins when people are met with curiosity instead of judgment. When we slow down enough to listen to the different parts of ourselves, and to the signals coming from the body, we can begin to understand the deeper needs beneath our reactions and behaviors. My work is grounded in the belief that every person has an innate capacity for healing, growth, and connection. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about creating the safety and awareness needed for people to reconnect with their own wisdom, compassion, and resilience.
