My Ideal Client

I work with teens and adults with diverse background(s). I use a social justice and systems framework, focusing on the client's strengths and narrative to support them on their healing journey.

My Approach to Helping

My goal as a therapist is to build rapport and provide you with a safe space to process your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and meet you where you are. It is important to me that we work collaboratively because YOU are your own expert.

My Values as a Therapist

As a therapist that is also a social worker, my values are in alignment with the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics, and it's 6 core values which are: service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, the importance of human relationships, integrity, and competence. Please note, that I acknolwedge that there will always be a power dynamic in a therapist - client relationship, therefore I strongly value transparency in my work with clients.
