My Ideal Client

I work with youth, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, loss and grief, and more. Through my previous work in child day treatment programs and community-based crisis therapy programs, I have gained valuable knowledge of local resources and developed a deep appreciation for the resilience of individuals and families navigating difficult moments.

My Approach to Helping

I will meet you where you are each day, walking alongside you with care and guidance as you move through your healing journey and toward your goals. My trauma-informed work integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness therapy and grounding techniques. I work to tailor these approaches to meet each client’s individual needs, helping individuals and families develop meaningful tools for managing challenges and creating lasting change. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients to better understand their thoughts and emotions, build practical coping strategies, and develop greater self-compassion and resilience.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Guided by the belief to approach everything with love and kindness, I am passionate about helping others feel their best. I believe every person has inherent strengths that can be harnessed to support their well-being. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences navigating challenges related to expectations, loss, performance, and learning to prioritize my own needs. These experiences allow me to bring empathy, understanding, and authenticity to my work with clients. Outside of my work, I love to read, cook, ski (when there’s snow), do arts and crafts, be outside in nature and spend time with family, friends and my fluffy golden retriever, Ronald.
