My Approach to Helping

Hello Hello Hello! I want to tailor the process to you, your needs, and your style as we co-create your therapy. Pulling from multiple modalities I am comfortable bringing things into the room that support and challenge you. Let's talk about what's happening in the here and now, let's talk about deeper issues or thoughts, and everything in between. I prefer to push past the symptoms to see the person underneath. The healing comes from change; change of behavior, thought, and more. I believe in an individual finding their strength, purpose, and fulfillment through the therapeutic alliance we will establish together. Someone who is in their purpose is able to thrive, make changes, and even suffer life’s inevitable obstacles in ways that may have previously felt unimaginable.
