My practice is grounded in being compassionate, non-judgmental, and giving you the necessary tools to bring balance to your mental health. Together, we’ll focus on changing life-patterns to improve general wellness, while also addressing the underlying causes. We'll use different therapeutic approaches to focus on the relevant aspects of your life: emotions, problem-solving, relationships, environment, and your mind-body connection.

We'll tailor sessions so they address your individual needs and lived experience, and regularly check-in to make sure that therapeutic process is heading in a direction that feels right for you. I also offers a generous sliding scale for those who are trying to find affordable therapy without insurance. No one should have to hesitate on starting therapy because of cost.
