My Ideal Client

The best matches for my services are individuals with a desire to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth with honest and candid reflection. I understand that life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, and seeking support is a brave and important step toward finding balance and well-being. My practice is dedicated to providing a safe, confidential, and compassionate space with an anti-oppressive, culturally humble perspective.

My Background and Approach

I offer individual therapy sessions that are customized to address a wide range of concerns, through a holistic and client-centered approach. I integrate various theoretical frameworks, including Social Justice, Multiculturally Informed, Feminist, Intersectional, Humanistic, and Existential approaches. I provide trauma-informed care that focuses on building resilience: empowering you to heal, and tapping into your strengths. We will work together to identify your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs. I am passionate about providing inclusive and affirming counseling services for all people, including queer and BIPOC communities. I am committed to ongoing education and growth in my understanding and practice of inclusive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, culturally-humble care that is affirming of gender identity, ENM relationships, kinks, body positivity, and sex/sex work.

My Values as a Therapist

I value the uniqueness of every individual and honor your personal journey. My approach to mental health counseling is rooted in authenticity and genuine engagement. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and trusting environment, where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. We are collaborators in your care, and you are the expert in your own life experience- I believe that building a genuine therapeutic relationship is essential for effective counseling, and I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. Focus on your well-being is at the heart of the work that I do. I recognize that each person's experience is multifaceted, and I tailor my counseling services to meet your specific needs and goals.
