My Approach to Helping
I specialize in working with medical trauma, chronic pain, women’s health, and grief. I also support clients navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, and changes across the lifespan. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply trauma-informed.
I care about creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and truly understood. I believe therapy should be collaborative, meaningful and practical, and I work to find tools and approaches that genuinely support change in my client's day-to-day life.
