My Ideal Client

I work with adults navigating CPTSD, anxiety, depression, relationships, and the impacts of systemic barriers to well-being. My ideal clients are often deep feelers and deep thinkers—people who have learned to adapt to a world that doesn’t always meet their needs, and who are ready to begin or continue the work of deepening their connection to themselves and others. Many of the folks I work with are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ or have lived through invalidating or traumatic experiences.

My Approach to Helping

I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College. I have clinical experience supporting adults with a range of concerns including CPTSD, relational trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD & autism), anxiety, depression, and identity exploration. My approach blends structure and creativity, often drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic practices, and elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel both supported and empowered in their growth. I especially enjoy working with women, LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating chronic health concerns. Whether you're working on processing the impacts of difficult experiences or exploring your identity and values, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect.

My Values as a Therapist

I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of healing relationships and radical self-understanding. I know how isolating it can feel to navigate the world with deep emotions, a sensitive nervous system, or an identity that doesn’t quite fit into the boxes you were given. Therapy, at its best, can be a space to come home to yourself—and that’s what I strive to offer. I'm passionate about creating space for LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who's ever felt "too much" or "not enough." I believe mental health care should be accessible, identity-affirming, and grounded in social justice values. I hold therapy as a space to unlearn internalized messages from oppressive systems and begin to rebuild a sense of safety, dignity, and agency. I’m committed to holding space for conversations around gender, sexuality, class, capitalism, culture, identity, and the exhaustion of navigating power imbalances in society.
