My Ideal Client

My primary focus is with clients who wish to address experiences with trauma, life transitions, anxiety, or stress. Life can be hard – I see therapy as a place to share your story, in its entirety, without concerns that you need to censor yourself. In addition, I am particularly passionate about working with those on the journey to parenthood or are navigating the challenges that come with being a parent.
