My Ideal Client

My primary focus is working with those on the journey to parenthood or are navigating the challenges that come with being a parent. I work with individuals coping with pregnancy, postpartum mood disorders, infertility, and loss. In addition, I work with adolescents, and adults who wish to address experiences with trauma, life transitions, anxiety, or stress. Life can be hard – I see therapy as a place to share your story, in its entirety, without concerns that you need to censor yourself.

My Approach to Helping

Everyone has the potential to grow and thrive, and my approach to therapy centers on empowering clients to develop the skills and insights necessary to access the changes they want to see. Through our work together you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs, practical tools for managing difficult memories and current stressors, identify your strengths, and be provided with a supportive space to explore all the parts of you.
