My Ideal Client

Mindfulness has the capacity to catalyze transformational change in a human being. I walk with my clients on this journey and provide the support and compassion they need to feel safe and process their trauma. Liberation from negative emotions and behavioral patterns is possible, let's realize it together. A good match between client and therapist is critical for all talk therapy. I offer free consultation to go over my process and to get to know each other so you can decide if we are a good fit

My Approach to Helping

I am a person-centered counselor and I work with clients around increasing awareness of their experience of reality through present-moment centered phenomena such as meditation, yoga, flow states, et al. I lean heavily on wisdom that has evolved from Eastern philosophies and Transpersonal psychological study. I work closely with clients to create a safe environment for deep exploration and the facilitation of personal growth towards desired areas of change. I have a focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorder, and coping with societal or existential stressors. I also provide psychedelic experience preparation and post-integration under the supervision of Dr. Peter Addy for psychedelic-curious adults.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in change and I promote sustainable personal growth through self awareness and the development of insight. I support increasing client driven personal wellness goals and have a personal spiritual path of providing compassion and support for all beings. I work hard to increase access to therapy for clients through pro-bono and reduced-fee services as well as advocacy for the needs of people in marginalized positions in society.
