What we have experienced in our lives creates patterns of responses that we often catch ourselves falling into, but don't always know how to get out of. These patterns are held in our nervous system as different forms of thinking and feeling, both in our emotions and as physiological responses in our bodies. In my practice, I address the way the mind, emotions, and body are interconnected to help my clients unwind these patterned responses and have more freedom and choice in their lives.
The Hakomi Method is a present-focused, experiential approach to therapy that uses mindfulness, touch, and movement. Central to my practice is my use of The Hakomi Method to assist my clients in seeing themselves more.
Depth therapy looks at the story untold, or the aspects of yourself that may not be conscious, but are seeking for a way to be expressed in your conscious life. I help you see more of the arch of your personal story and help you discover and live more of your own personal path of individuation.

Trauma experienced during the formative years of childhood and adolescence structures our self-concept in ways that are limiting to our fullest expression and capacity to thrive. I work with a high-level of attunement and compassion to support my client's trauma in a way that promotes titration, slowness, safety, and resiliency.
I facilitate my clients process of deepening their awareness of themselves and their experiences. By gaining awareness of what was once unconscious, more self-agency and understanding is formed, in place of old patterned ways of being and reacting.
The development of a solid sense of self with the confidence to enact change, set boundaries, and assert one's self is central to my approach. I work with people to empower their individuality and move through shame and the impacts of negative experiences.
In my couples work, my focus is on supporting deeper understanding between the couple, whether it is to create a stronger relationship or to consciously uncouple. I work to mediate and offer experiential exercises to explore presenting and underlying issues that may exist in the partnership.
