Life can feel incredibly hard sometimes—overwhelming, stuck, disconnected, or just not how you hoped it would be. We are a team of compassionate, reflective therapists who offer a warm and relational space for clients to deepen self-understanding, heal from pain, and grow into more empowered versions of themselves. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, grief, life transitions, or simply seeking to know yourself more fully, we’re here to walk with you.
Specialties
Several clinicians on our team are trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a powerful approach that focuses on helping individuals accept their thoughts and feelings rather than struggle against them. ACT encourages clients to clarify their values and commit to actions that align with those values, even in the presence of discomfort or difficult emotions. By fostering psychological flexibility, ACT helps individuals create a life that is meaningful and in line with their priorities.
Several clinicians on our team are also trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-focused therapeutic approach that helps individuals process trauma and stress by bringing awareness to physical sensations. SE works by helping clients tune into their bodily experiences, allowing them to release tension and emotional blockages that may be stored in the body.
Some of our clinicians are trained in Brainspotting, a cutting-edge therapy that helps individuals process and release deep-seated trauma and emotional blockages. By identifying "brain spots" — specific points in the visual field — clients are able to access and release unresolved emotions stored in the brain and body. This method allows for profound healing, as it taps into the brain’s natural ability to process trauma at a deep, unconscious level.
Several clinicians on our team are trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a structured approach designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and develop coping skills for dealing with distress. DBT combines mindfulness practices with skills training in areas such as emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and acceptance.
Specialties
All clinicians have several skills and strategies for anxiety management including: somatic skills, distress tolerance tools, and mindfulness strategies to feel more comfortable and grounded in your skin; cognitive reframing to build awareness around and question patterns of thought that increase anxiety and fear; as well as self acceptance and value work to foster a deeper connection to who you truly are.
Strategies for managing depression include becoming aware of patterns of thought and finding reframes that align more with personal values, behavioral techniques to help break the cycle of inactivity and increase engagement in meaningful activities, as well as self-acceptance and self-compassion strategies to foster a kinder relationship with oneself. Additionally, incorporating mindfulness practices and grounding techniques can help cultivate presence and reduce rumination.
The team employs a variety of strategies for managing social anxiety, including identifying and gaining awareness of thought and behavior patterns that trigger anxiety, reframing those thoughts, and exploring personal values. We integrate mindfulness and somatic techniques to help clients feel more grounded and comfortable in their own skin. Additionally, we support clients in gradually increasing their tolerance for social situations, guiding them through the process of building confidence.
Our team uses a combination of behavioral strategies and mindfulness techniques to support individuals with ADHD, helping them develop practical tools for managing time, staying organized, and improving focus. We also emphasize the importance of self-acceptance and self-compassion, encouraging clients to embrace their unique neurodivergent traits without judgment.
Grief touches every part of us. In therapy, we create space to honor your loss and navigate the waves that follow. Using ACT, we explore what still matters to you and help you reconnect with your values. Mindfulness supports you in sitting with emotions—gently, without judgment—so healing can unfold in its own time.
