My Ideal Client

I love working with the dreamers, the cycle-breakers, and the sensitive souls navigating systemic exhaustion. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals—particularly from marginalized, BIPOC, queer, and creative communities—who are ready to dive into their inner worlds, process generational legacies, and reclaim their somatic sovereignty. Wherever you are on your healing journey, you are welcome exactly as you are.

My Approach to Helping

My practice provides an intentional, affirming, and deeply relational space for those navigating the complexities of whole-person healing. Psychodynamic-informed and systems-oriented, my approach offers a reflective mirror to help you explore your inner world and relational patterns. My clinical work is uniquely enriched by an integration of lineages. This includes my clinical training in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), a Master’s degree in Yoga & Ayurveda from the Mount Madonna Institute, and over 20 years of apprenticeship in traditional Indigenous ways of knowing across Turtle Island. As a clinical trainee, my primary areas of interest and focus in psychotherapy include: trauma and C-PTSD, addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship or identity issues.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My personal healing process has involved integrating an understanding of both the personal and systemic factors that influence mental health. As a counselor, I value exploring the role of spirituality and generational healing in building resilience against the isolation, loss of self-regard, and systemic disconnect that are often at the root of our human suffering—ultimately working to restore a deep sense of belonging. Prior to pursuing my path as a counselor, I spent 15 years as a community activist and advocate for social and environmental justice in the Bay Area. I have also apprenticed with Indigenous traditional wisdom keepers from Mexico and South America, and I actively advocate for decolonial practices in the emerging field of Western psychedelic science. I am deeply committed to cultivating spaces that are compassionate, inclusive, and explicitly welcoming to BIPOC, Queer, and Trans individuals, as we work together to build more compassionate systems for the collective.
