My Ideal Client

People I love to work with: - People with neurodivergent identities (autism, ADHD, giftedness, intellectual and learning differences) - People who are lonely or lack meaningful friendship - Video gamers, nerds, and meme enthusiasts - Kids and teens (10 and up) - Burned out professionals and high performers - People who are socially anxious

My Approach to Helping

My goal is simple: to help you live the kind of life you want. I'm here to help you navigate whatever’s weighing you down without judgment, pressure, or psychobabble. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, identity struggles, or just feeling lost, we’ll work together to find real strategies that actually fit your life. Quick Facts About Me: - TEDx speaker and four-time author on topics related to friendship, mental health, bullying, and neurodiversity. - Originally from Idaho! Grew up on a farm and was in 4-H and FFA. - Full-ride D1 shotputter at Duke University (Go Blue Devils!). - Some of my fav games: TLOU, Baldur's Gate (all of them!), Astro Bot, & Red Dead Redemption

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Let’s be real... trying therapy can feel weird. Maybe you’re worried it’ll be awkward, overly clinical, or just another place where you have to filter yourself. Not here. I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are - whether that means talking through deep stuff, cracking jokes to cope, or using Star Wars analogies to explain your life. (Yes, I will absolutely understand your nerdy references. LOTR, D&D, video games? You’re in good company.)
