My Approach to Helping

I help clients build resilience, strengthen skills, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that you already carry important knowledge about yourself and your life. Together, we focus on nurturing what feels authentic and meaningful to you, while gently releasing patterns, beliefs, or experiences that no longer serve you. Our work together is collaborative and aimed at helping you navigate obstacles, recognize your strengths, and move toward a more fulfilling and grounded life. I enjoy helping clients better understand their brains, develop self-compassion, and build tools that fit their unique ways of thinking and being. For trauma work, I utilize Brainspotting to support deep, nervous-system-level healing for both “big T” and “little t” trauma. I also draw from narrative approaches, helping clients explore the stories they’ve come to believe about themselves, and empowering them to author new narratives.
