My Approach to Helping

I focus on helping clients build resilience, hone their strengths, and become more attuned to their inner wisdom. I take a strengths-based approach in my practice, helping you find and nurture what you love about yourself and your life, and leave behind what no longer serves you. I appreciate that everyone has unique experiences, needs, and desires, and do my best to meet you where you are at; whether you need gentle kindness, firm feedback, practical skill building, or just a safe place to vent. I work through a trauma-informed lens and utilize evidence-based practices in combination with well honed intuition, imagination, and creativity to design customized treatment plans for my clients. You are the author of your own life and I am merely a visitor in your story, helping you through to the next chapter.
