My Ideal Client

I work with individuals, couples, teens, children, and families of all configurations navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress. My ideal clients value connection, curiosity, and growth, and are open to exploring how relationships shape their experiences. I’m especially passionate about supporting families during periods of change and helping people feel more at ease being their authentic selves.

My Background

I hold a Master’s in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College and a BA in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. My training and experience include working with children and teens with behavioral and mental health challenges in residential and outpatient settings, supporting families experiencing houselessness through a community shelter, and working as an elementary school teacher. My approach is attachment-based, humanistic, and emotion-focused. I believe healing happens through the bonds we share in our closest relationships. Therapy with me is collaborative, patient, and often infused with humor and creativity. Together, we explore new ways of being with loved ones while uncovering insights, resilience, and internal wisdom to support meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person has the capacity to grow and that even difficult transitions can open the door to new meaning and possibility. As a mixed-race therapist, I value authenticity, inclusion, and creating spaces where clients feel safe to be fully themselves. Outside of therapy, I’m happiest in the mountains and deserts—especially exploring Oregon with my dogs or soaking up sunshine during a good nap. I also love playing card games, board games, and role-playing games with friends and family, or curling up with a novel and warm tea. These interests keep me grounded, curious, and connected—qualities I bring into my work as a therapist.
