My Ideal Client

I work well with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or misunderstood. Many of my clients are healing from trauma, navigating big life changes, or exploring identity and neurodivergence. I connect strongly with people who want a steady, real, trauma informed space where they can slow down, feel safe, and finally be fully themselves.

My Approach to Helping

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in trauma, nervous system regulation and deep relational work. My background includes years of supporting clients through complex trauma, anxiety, identity development and life transitions. I integrate EMDR, somatic approaches, parts work, mindfulness and attachment based therapy to create a space that feels steady and real. I have extensive experience helping adults who grew up in invalidating or chaotic environments and those who are neurodivergent or exploring that possibility. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in what actually helps you feel like yourself again. I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, respected and able to bring your full humanity into the room.

My Values as a Therapist

As a therapist, I value authenticity, compassion, and the belief that every person deserves to be met with respect and curiosity rather than judgment. I practice from a trauma informed and socially conscious lens, honoring the many identities and experiences that shape who we are. I am deeply committed to creating a space where clients feel safe to be their full selves, especially those who have spent years feeling misunderstood or carrying more than they should have. I care about our community and the world we live in, and I hold a genuine love for the environment. Nature has always been a grounding force for me, and I believe that reconnecting with the natural world can support healing in powerful ways. My work is also shaped by my passion for helping people slow down, listen inward, and build lives that feel meaningful and aligned with their values. I became a counselor because I know how transformative it can be to finally feel seen, supported, and understood.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • ADHD External link

I support adults with ADHD who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or burnt out from years of masking and pushing through. Together, we explore nervous system patterns, emotional fatigue, rejection sensitivity, and the impact of growing up feeling “too much” or “not enough.” My approach helps you understand your brain, build compassion for yourself, and find strategies that actually work for how you’re wired.
