My Approach to Helping
MY PRACTICE AND WAITLIST ARE CURRENTLY FULL. We'll work together to look at how your life and environment contribute to your mental and physical well-being, build on your strengths, and incorporate new tools. I've worked with people in some of their hardest moments to find their way through with balance, peace and resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’ve spent the last fifteen years getting to know bodies by trying on various professional and personal lenses including public health service, massage therapy, functional nutrition treatment, organic farming, outdoor education, myofascial release, meditation and mindfulness techniques, and body-oriented trauma treatment.
I work with individual adults and adolescents as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Portland, Oregon. I completed a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Somatic Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies in 2012. I came home to the Pacific Northwest so that I could do the work I love, providing counseling to people with healing bodies.
