What I Specialize In

I have extensive experience with postpartum depression & anxiety and pregnancy loss. Other areas of speciality include trauma including childhood, sexual, medical & religious. I am also skilled in helping clients recover from betrayal, narcissistic abuse, traumatic break-ups and divorce. I also work with identity issues, life transitions, grief, and challenges unique to the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I provide virtual therapy across Oregon.

    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is well-researched and one of the most successful techniques for treating trauma, anxiety and a variety of other problems and disorders. I completed my EMDR training in 2016 and have been successfully using it to treat trauma including childhood abuse, intimate partner abuse, birth trauma, medical trauma, and car accidents.
