My Ideal Client

I have specialized training in working with ADHD, trauma and substance use and abuse. I love working with these populations and with family members of these populations! I am here to collaborate with clients on treatment goals and how to work towards those goals.

My Approach to Helping

The type of treatment that I provide is solutions-focused and based on getting a Client to a healthy mindset. I see our relationship as the main collaborative tool in treatment success. My Approach to Helping

Before the landmark passing of the Affordable Care Act, therapy was incredibly difficult to access and financially unobtainable for many people. I have loved being able to witness the expansion of access to therapy and the many benefits it provides. I believe that while not everyone needs therapy, everyone deserves it. Getting to have this relationship is a unique experience and I value being able to be part of my client’s lives and journeys.

    I have over 50 hours of education & training working with those diagnosed with ADHD. I can also provide basic screeners & assessments to use as guides for referral to further psychological testing.

  • Alcohol Abuse and Alcohol Dependence External link

    I obtained by CADC II in both Illinois and Oregon. I relinquished my certification in 2020 during the pandemic but continue to enjoy working in this field.
