My Background and Approach

I offer an integrative and tailored approach to support individual adults and teens develop inherent strengths and reach desired outcomes with the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and Somatics, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, Attachment and Parts Work, and Existential Humanism. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon, received my Master’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and have 20+ years of progressive experience in mental health care in outpatient, community-based and school settings. I value cultural humility and strive to provide an affirming space for individuals of diverse identities and communities.

At the heart of my approach lies a belief that a sense of authenticity, choice, and belonging allow people to experience meaning and joy in their lives. I help you arrive at your goals through a practice of self-reflection to reveal unconscious beliefs, free yourself from unhelpful patterns, heal old wounds, strengthen your relationships and access your inner wisdom and innate potential.
