My Ideal Client

I support families who are navigating challenging issues like conflicting parenting styles, difficulty with a child's behavior or emotional expression, navigating screen time and technology, relational conflict, and more. I also support individuals who are feeling stuck in life, whether it be having a creative block, relationship issues, childhood wounds, inner critics, addictions, perfectionism, depression, anxiety, anger, loneliness, or grief. I offer relational counseling as well.

My Approach to Helping

I am here to listen deeply to you, with empathy and curiosity. I am trained in Process Work, an awareness practice that supports the search for meaning and growth in conflict and other disturbing challenges in life. I also bring my decades of experience working with families as a Waldorf teacher and nature connection mentor.
